Executive IT Support
Our client, a market-leading credit company, is seeking an Executive IT Support to join their team. As an Executive Support, you will be part of the IT team supporting the senior technician. The ideal candidate will have technical skills, problem-solving skills and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Executive Support** **Location: New York, NY 10166** **Job Type: 12-month contract with potential to convert/FTE** **Pay Range: $53-57/hr. on W2** **What’s the Job?** + Assist with SN tickets assigned by company's Senior Executive Support + Set up and configure Apple devices and laptops + Monitor toner levels, replace toner, and order spares as necessary + Perform iOS updates on Apple devices regularly + Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries for mice, managing wires, and shipping equipment when needed **What’s Needed?** + 1-2+ years of IT Support experience + Ability to perform iOS updates and basic troubleshooting.
