Role Overview:

The Workplace Facility Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining office facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor management, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Facility Management:

Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and furniture.Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the workplace through housekeeping teams.Monitor space utilization and assist in seating arrangements.

Vendor & Service Coordination:

Manage contracts and relationships with facility service providers (security, housekeeping, catering, etc.).Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve vendor-related issues.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

Implement workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities.

Budget & Reporting:

Assist in preparing facility budgets and monitor expenses.Generate reports on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and cost optimization.

Employee Support:

Act as the first point of contact for facility-related queries and service requests.

Ensure a positive employee experience through efficient facility
