Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy Leadership
Own and drive strategic initiatives from diagnosis through execution, including M&A, portfolio optimization, digital transformation, and go-to-market redesign.Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with corporate priorities and innovation goals.Partner with business unit leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.Internal Consulting & Execution
Lead internal strategy consulting projects with a small, high-performing team.Define problem statements, structure analyses, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.Build execution roadmaps and oversee implementation in partnership with cross-functional teams.Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a strategic thought partner to C-suite and functional leaders.Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and alignment forums to drive consensus and momentum.Communicate strategy clearly across levels—from boardroom to frontline.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work across R&D, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory to ensure strategic alignment and execution.Influence without authority, leveraging relationships and credibility to drive change.Talent Development
Mentor junior strategists and high-potential talent across the organization.Foster a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, and strategic thinking.Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree from a top institution.7-10 years of experience, with 5+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm preferred.Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategy projects.Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.Strong financial acumen and comfort with modeling, valuation, and scenario planning.Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence.Strong quantitative skills (Engineering, Economics, Finance preferred)Ideal Candidate Profile

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $252,000.00-$378,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
