Drive the development and execution of the AI adoption roadmap for Wholesale Lending ServicesIdentify, evaluate, and implement advanced AI solutions to enhance business processes and client experiencesPartner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing productsDesign and deliver training programs on AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow designServe as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for AI best practicesAdvance prompt engineering capabilities for robust, scalable, and secure AI interactionsArchitect agentic workflows to automate and optimize key business processesDevelop and implement metrics to assess the impact and success of AI initiativesMonitor, analyze, and report on AI adoption, usage, and business outcomesCollaborate with senior leaders to align AI strategy with business objectivesEngage with external partners and industry experts to stay current on AI trends and innovations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field7 years of product management experience3 years of experience focused on AI or machine learning technologiesProven track record of driving AI adoption and delivering successful AI-powered productsDeep understanding of prompt engineering and agentic workflowsStrong analytical skills with experience developing and tracking product metricsExceptional communication and training skills for technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
