Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, long-term planning, and commercial decision support across Australia and New Zealand. Provide clear, insight-led guidance to senior leaders and move effortlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.Oversee financial performance, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, controls, and risk management. Ensure strong governance, accuracy, and integrity across both markets while driving disciplined performance management. Including the opportunity to be a company Director for the legal entities.Drive finance transformation across systems, processes, data, and ways of working. Champion continuous improvement, modernisation, and operational efficiency across the function.Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across AU and NZ, providing insights that enable fast, informed decisions. Influence effectively within a multi-market, matrixed structure and build strong cross-functional relationships.Building capability, strengthening business partnering, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence of the Finance team.

Role requirements

Executive-level finance leadership experience, ideally at the CFO, or Finance Director level.Ability to shift quickly between strategy and operations, comfortable shaping direction and rolling up your sleeves.Proven capability leading in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity and competing priorities.Demonstrated success driving transformation across finance systems, processes, or operating models.Strong business partnering style with the confidence and presence to challenge, influence, and guide senior stakeholders.Experience working within multi-market or matrix structures where collaboration and influence are key.
