A few key skills and experience we look for: • Level 5 Qualified; tertiary qualification desirable • 10+ years’ experience as a senior professional liability account manager • Extensive experience leading teams or coaching/mentoring others • Proven ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across multiple teams • Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messaging for different audiences • High attention to detail and accuracy in all processes and tasks • Calm and consistent under pressure; effective conflict resolution skills • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving Why Aon?
