As an Executive Director of Product and leader in the Card and Connected Commerce organization, you will conceptualize the next generation of payment platforms, promote innovative thinking and build seamless customer experiences that become the foundation of Chase digital payments and commerce experiences.

Job responsibilities:

Define the vision and strategy for the product lineConceptualize and create platforms and products from 0-1, including driving build and scaleHire and lead a team of product managers; foster an environment of motivation and collaborationManage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on the product strategy, progress and performancePartner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development effortsDefine features and communicate requirements to engineering in clearly written documentationMonitor against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when neededManage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritizationManage prioritization, requirement intakes, quarterly and yearly planning with cross-domain stakeholders and peersCollaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance)

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

10+ years of experience in financial services and product managementExperience in online payments, money movement and partner managementExperience driving change within large, highly matrixed organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsPassion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build scalable platforms Ability to think strategically while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful executionOutstanding verbal and written communication Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologiesProven track record of managing risk and controlsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable field of study
