The Executive Director, Sales (ESD) for Neurology is the front-line sales leader accountable for execution of the Neurology commercial strategy for profitable growth within their assigned geographic area. This individual will manage Account Executives specialized in selling testing across the brain health, neuroimmunology, and neurogenetics space; develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular field visits; and engage with partner sales teams to maximize Neurology portfolio performance. This position is remotely based, with the individual residing within the North or East Regions.

Deliver regional Neurology financial targets Hire, onboard, and train sales professionals to fill open positionsCoach, lead, and inspire sales team to outperform goals and expectationsMinimum 8-10 co-travel days/ month focused on coaching, improving behaviors, and driving deals Ensure achievement of metrics and accountability standardsMaintain relationship with key influencers and decision makers at top accounts and prospectsAlign with regional leadership team to inspire and ensure execution of regional Neurology strategyConduct and report district analytics and market intelligenceFacilitate problem solving and customer satisfactionDrive large deal opportunitiesDevelop local champions and thought leadersProvide insights to support broader regional marketing planCall Point Responsibilities
