As Executive Director, Identity Data and Lifecycle Management, you will be a key product leader within the Trust and Security Organization, reporting to the Head of Identity. You will lead a team of product managers and partner closely with technology teams to build and enhance core identity capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the product lead for identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management, setting vision, strategy, and execution plans. (Product Leadership)Build, launch, and continuously improve identity data and lifecycle management capabilities to ensure Chase has the best identity stack in the industry. (Capability Development)Collaborate closely with technology, design, modeling, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure identity solutions. (Cross-Functional Partnership)Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. (Team Leadership)Partner with the broader identity team to align on the overall identity roadmap and strategy, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of identity capabilities. (Strategic Alignment)

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Proven experience as a product leader in identity, data management, or related technology domains.Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing product teams. Experience leading large, cross-functional data infrastructure projects at large enterprises.  Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Demonstrated success in building and launching complex technology products, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
