As Executive Director, General Manager of Digital Identity, you will be a key leader in the Trust and Security Organization, reporting to the Head of Identity. You will collaborate closely with the Product Lead for the externalization of digital identity and will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and commercialization, as well as working with partners to integrate our digital identity solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for digital identity products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. (Go-to-Market Strategy)Lead the commercialization efforts, including pricing, packaging, and positioning to maximize adoption and revenue growth. (Commercialization)Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships to expand the reach and impact of Chase’s digital identity solutions. Work with partners to implement deploy our capabilities. This will include consulting with partners on technical aspects and implementation options. (Partnerships and Implementation)Work with industry partners, industry consortiums, and standards bodies to drive adoption, standardization, and scaling of Chase’s digital identity solution. (Industry Collaboration)Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of digital identity solutions. (Cross-Functional Leadership)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Proven experience in go-to-market, commercialization, partnerships, or sales enablement roles within digital identity, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors.Strong understanding of digital identity technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Advanced degree such as an MBA.Demonstrated success in launching and scaling technology solutions, preferably in regulated industries.
