Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars for two directors.Coordinate internal and external communications.Handle confidential information with discretion.Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and corporate events.Perform basic financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.Manage and organize data using tools like SharePoint and Excel.Draft professional emails, reports, and other business communications.Coordinate travel arrangements using travel tools like Concur.Support colleagues across global time zones.Identify and resolve issues proactively.

Essential Skills

3 years of experience in Executive Administrative Coordination in a corporate setting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.Experience in project and event management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and follow-up.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in customer service and problem-solving.Proficiency in managing travel arrangements and completing expense reports.Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing executive communication.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail in data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.Experience in organizing large team meetings using Outlook and Teams.Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.08 - $33.08/hr.
