Our reward team covers a broad spectrum of executive compensation, ranging from designing variable compensation schemes to advising Compensation Committees. You’ll work across strategic reward topics in a collaborative environment that values innovative, practical solutions for clients.Your Impact
Lead executive compensation and reward consulting projects, including the design of executive incentive programs and compensation concepts at national and global level, with related income tax assessmentsAdvise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulationsPerform compensation benchmarks and market analyses to inform reward design and governance.Create and quality‑review client offers, presentations, policies/regulations, Excel simulations, and memos.Drive business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and acting as a trusted advisor to clientsCollaborate with adjacent teams (e.g., People in Deals, Equal Pay, Diversity & Inclusion) to deliver integrated client solutions.Lead and coach junior team members; foster knowledge sharing and high‑quality delivery across projects.Manage projects end‑to‑end to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes for national and international engagements.Your Skills
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law.5–8 years’ experience in reward consulting, including executive compensation mandates, with proven project management experience.Familiarity with compensation regulations and disclosure requirements in Switzerland and internationally.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills; high interest in project‑oriented and interdisciplinary work.Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders and coach team members.Fluency in English and German; French is a plusVery good MS Office skills.Ready to take ownership from day one; highly motivated, dynamic, and determined.Ability to support business development and manage client‑facing work.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
