**What You'll Do**
+ Lead all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and service
+ Develop **seasonal, globally inspired menus** aligned with Modern Recipe’s wellness‑focused philosophy
+ Build strong relationships with **local farmers, purveyors, and sustainable partners**
+ Oversee production for café service, catering, and special events
+ Manage and mentor a culinary team, fostering growth, creativity, and collaboration
+ Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, hospitality‑driven experience
+ Drive operational efficiency, cost management, and culinary innovation

+ Strong background in menu development, production systems, and culinary execution
