In this hands-on culinary leadership role, you will:

Support daily café and catering operationsLead culinary production with hands-on cookingAssist with menu planning, ordering, and inventory managementDrive consistent recipe adherence and quality standardsOversee catering production, including corporate events and executive meetingsCollaborate with the leadership team to ensure an exceptional guest experience What We Offer

Strong production cooking skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced café and catering environment.

Adaptability & Flexibility

Catering Production Leadership

Experience executing polished corporate catering—breakfasts, luncheons, executive meetings—while maintaining presentation and timing standards.

Strong Communication & Client-Facing Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
