Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to join a client onsite in Dallas, TX. The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level, proactive support to multiple senior executives, serving as their primary liaison and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner—often functioning similarly to a Chief of Staff in driving initiatives forward. You will manage complex calendars, anticipate needs, and maintain a clear flow of information between executive offices and internal teams. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating domestic and international travel, and orchestrating on‑ and off‑site meetings with precision. You will also support Board‑related activities—organizing logistics, distributing materials, capturing notes, and maintaining follow‑up actions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, handles confidential information with care, and navigates shifting priorities with ease. This role is highly visible and requires a polished communicator who builds trust quickly with executives, senior leaders, and cross‑functional partners. Projects will range from operational tasks to strategic, multi‑step initiatives that require follow‑through from conception to completion. Skills and Requirements -3+ years of direct support to a CEO, ideally within a public company environment. -Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and operate with a Chief‑of‑Staff mindset when necessary. -Experience supporting Senior Executive(s) in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving setting. -Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with executive leadership. -Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain trust across all levels. -Expertise managing complex calendars, high‑volume scheduling, and executive communications. -Experience coordinating Board or committee meetings, including preparing materials, documenting discussion points, and ensuring timely distribution. -Skilled in organizing international and domestic travel, meeting logistics, and multi‑step executive workflows. -Ability to juggle competing priorities and carry projects from start to finish with strong attention to detail and urgency. -High level of proficiency with office technologies, productivity tools, and integrated communication platforms. -Prior experience supporting legal teams, governance -functions, or Board‑related processes. -Familiarity with executive‑level reporting tools, presentation development, or handling professional services subscriptions. -Comfort working extended hours or adapting to schedule changes in support of executive needs. -Experience acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring leaders’ time, communication, and processes remain streamlined and protected. -Ability to manage high‑stakes interactions and maintain poise amid rapid organizational shifting.
