You will office out of the main corporate office for the CEO and assist the entire company by greeting customers, answering & screening calls, and also assisting the CFO & Legal & Risk Manager. You will assist this CEO & his family set up a charitable foundation & eventually a family wealth office. Responsibilities: Provide executive support to the CEO & other key executivesOversee the general operations of the office of the CEO and lead associated projectsLead the creation of a family office & lead the subsequent office establishedBegin long term transition plans for the CEO and his family office Qualifications and Requirements: Significant experience supporting executives in a robust assistant rolePrefer experience in a family office or similar environmentBachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred with experience in accounting or finance to go along with administrative supportMust have tremendous professionalism and discretionMut have elite organizational skills and detail orientation that can be shown Benefits and Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & STD401K with match / Tuition ReimbursementCompany cell phone & laptop / 100 % Paid PPEProfit Sharing program per company policyYour New Organization:This organization is primarily comprised of 2 companies with 6 total manufacturing plants.
