Woman-founded commercial real estate investment firm, located in Downtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant to support the CEO in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm (flex to stay later as needed) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
Manage heavy calendars, book travel arrangements, and coordinate a high volume of meetingsProcess invoices and approvalsManage office space: order supplies, stock pantry, and liaise between IT department and building managementAssist with presentation prep, as well as market and loan researchPrepare payroll, control correspondence, and design filing systemsQualifications:
5+ years of EA experience, preferably in finance or real estateProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and InternetWillingness to become a Notary PublicStrong organizational and time management skills; great phone etiquetteExceptional ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretionAbility to work independently with little direction; comfortable "operating in the gray"Compensation/Benefits:
