We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the CEO of a fast-growing pharmaceutical start-up and handle office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to make a direct impact on the success of the company. This is a fully onsite position in Lake Forest.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondenceArrange complex domestic and international travel itinerariesSit at the front desk to greet visitors and handle office management tasks such as ordering office supplies and working with vendorsPrepare presentations, reports, and materials for board meetings, investor updates, and internal communicationsSupport with HR tasks such as onboarding and drafting offer lettersServe as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersAnticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently metManage confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications
