A fast-growing AI firm is looking to hire a skilled Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Chief of Staff and Business Operations team to ensure seamless support for the executive team and company.
ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Business Operations team for synchronized support.Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient workflows.Support office operations, team culture initiatives, and cross-functional coordination as needed.Lead new hire onboarding with hiring managers, including asset purchasing and day one coordination.Help build and refine executive-level processes, systems, and documentation.Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.Essential Skills4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives; startup or tech experience strongly preferred.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate needs and read between the lines.Proficiency with modern tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, Teams, etc.).Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with calendaring and administrative assistance.Skill in event coordination and travel management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with fundraising and investor relations.Knowledge of executive administrative support.Work EnvironmentThis is a startup environment offering a unique opportunity to gain a foothold in the AI industry.
