Job Title: Executive Assistant II - Seattle, WA Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Transaction Risk. This role is pivotal, requiring a strong focus and execution in handling a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling. The Executive Assistant will effectively prioritize amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring the appropriate level of urgency is applied. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking the Vice President's meeting priorities and emails, managing travel and expenses, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The role also involves managing multiple tasks, documentation follow-ups, and preparation for the VP, ensuring timely action on deliverables. Responsibilities + Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritization. + Monitor and track meeting priorities and emails for the Vice President. + Act as a proxy for the VP when necessary. + Manage travel and expense coordination. + Provide comprehensive administrative support functions. + Manage multiple tasks and action items with appropriate follow-up. + Prepare necessary documentation for VP's deliverables. Essential Skills + Advanced organization and calendar management. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite. + Exceptional problem-solving and adaptability. + High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. + Ability to make smart and timely decisions. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3-4 years of experience, ideally. + Experience supporting high-level management, such as VPs, experienced VPs, or CEOs. + Bachelor's degree preferred; at least two years of college required. + Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn. + Former employees with relevant experience are preferred. Work Environment This role is based onsite, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Executive Assistants. The work environment is within the entertainment industry, specifically dealing with shows and entertainment, and supports international finance for the Entertainment org. The position offers a dynamic and collaborative setting, ensuring ample support and coverage during planned leaves of absence. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
