Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two Directors. This role is part of a special projects team focused on creating new products and services that improve the lives of customers. ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendar requests, meeting invites, and conference room logistics.Plan international and domestic travel.Process expense reports.Manage large event logistics (both in-person and virtually), including catering, preparing agendas, and materials to ensure productive meetings such as Town Halls and onsite business meetings.Contribute to team culture by boosting morale, recognizing outstanding employee efforts, and encouraging a fun work environment.Attend key meetings, track discussion topics, help ensure key deliverables are met, and follow up on outstanding items.Create and own team mechanisms such as staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, team-building events, launch events, and team recognition.Identify creative internal and external approaches to problem-solving.Collaborate with another Executive Assistant to foster a cohesive and effective work environment.Essential Skills4+ years of senior level leadership support or 1+ years of experience in a similar environment.Experience with executive level calendar management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.High school diploma or equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Outlook 365, Concur, Excel, and PowerPoint.3 years of experience from a large tech company is preferred.Work Environment

This role supports a special projects team focusing on innovation and improvement of customer lives. The work environment promotes a balance between personal and professional life, offering opportunities for growth and mentorship. The position requires interaction with senior executives and managing a team of over 100 employees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
