Executive Assistant II, North America Operations, PXT
Description The North America Operations PXT organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and evolving organization. We are looking for someone to support multiple Directors in the NA Ops PXT organization across different geographical regions in the U.S. This role requires attention to detail, exceptional organization and prioritization skills, and the ability to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests. A successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, while maintaining professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. This EA will complete tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, handle urgent situations with appropriate priority, and take on new challenges with enthusiasm. Success in this role requires the ability to make effective decisions and prioritize tasks efficiently, often without having the complete picture. Key job responsibilities - Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations - Manage domestic and international travel- - Manage expense report coordination and submission - Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all team meetings, off-sites, and team social events) - Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on pending matters - Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other executive assistants to provide support to the organization - Help to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading process improvements - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
