Executive Assistant II, CreativeX
Amazon
Description
The VP of CreativeX is seeking a strong partner EA who will operate as a valued member of the leadership team. CreativeX is an Amazon Ads team focused on democratizing access to high-quality creatives (images, videos) by building GenAI-driven solutions for advertisers. We’re looking for a proactive, agile problem solver who will thrive in a startup-like environment where they are empowered to figure things out and pivot quickly as priorities change. This EA role requires excellent planning, organization, and communication skills. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action, anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of leader and team priorities. This role leads a small team of EAs and coordinates frequently with EAs across the broader Amazon Ads org. Some experience hiring and developing EAs is preferred, as is the ability to foster a positive team environment. Looking around corners, attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are key to success.
