Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant. This role is crucial for our operations, requiring a strong focus on execution and customer obsession. The successful candidate will manage complex calendar schedules, prioritize effectively amidst various requests, and provide comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities

•\tExecutive Admin Support: Calendaring, Scheduling Events, Budgeting / Expenses, Vendor Management, Etc.

•\tEveryday looks different – need to be able to adapt and change course as needed throughout day / team needs.

•\tResponsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests ensuring appropriate level of urgency is given, monitor/track VPs meetings, priorities and emails and act as proxy when necessary, manage travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for this office.

•\tResponsible for managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) for the VP ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables.


Required Skills

•\tAt least two years of college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

•\tSuccessful candidates will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance, have impeccable attention to detail, make smart and timely decisions, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

•\tThe ideal candidate will also have exceptional verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.

•\tSalesforce Management Experience (would be a plus but not required)

•\tHigh levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is a must and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company is required.

•\tThis position requires 1-2 years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs) and excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

Work Environment

This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, offering flexibility in aligning with team schedules. The office is located in either Jersey or Virginia. The environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability to changing team needs and priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
