Vibra Hospital of Denver, located in Thornton, CO, is a 54 bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
Responsibilities
Responsible for performing a wide range of complex secretarial duties and coordinating a multitude of office procedures. Serves as primary executive support to CEO and other senior leadership team managers with projects and special assignments as needed. Provides back-up support to other administrative support personnel as needed.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum three (3) years previous administrative assistant experience required.Additional Qualifications/Skills:
College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Current, valid, and active driver’s license preferred.Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Executive level support experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Hospital or healthcare office experiences preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.Experience within a hospital setting working with confidential records and customer service preferred.Knowledge of telephone etiquette and use of office equipment.Exhibit discretion, good judgement and commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Ability to project a professional image.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.Benefits
