Executive Assistant
Description Robert Half is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This Executive Assistant role involves managing administrative operations, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and ensuring organizational priorities are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities: + Organize and oversee complex scheduling, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel across multiple time zones. + Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and reports for leadership, franchise partners, and external stakeholders. + Act as a point of contact, screening calls, drafting thorough correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality. + Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, investor updates, and track action items from executive sessions. + Assist in financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reporting while tracking key performance metrics. + Facilitate cross-functional projects involving finance, operations, franchise development, and executive leadership. + Serve as a liaison between executives and franchise owners/operators to ensure seamless communication. + Manage expense reporting, invoices, and maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical documentation. + Implement administrative tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. Requirements The ideal Executive Assistant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. Other requirements for the Executive Assistant position include and are not limited to: + 15 years of executive administrative support experience at the C-suite level + Advanced calendar and project management required + Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools + Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
