Executive Assistant – Marsh Innovation Centre 

We will rely on you to: 

Provide comprehensive executive support to the Innovation Centre Senior Director and Innovation Engineering Leadership, including calendar management, meeting prioritization, expense processing, travel arrangements, and hospitality coordination for visitors. 

Build strong working relationships with other executive assistants across the organization. 

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 

Assist in preparing quarterly board pack reports. 

Ensure timely processing of invoices and supplier engagement. 

Support colleagues throughout their employment lifecycle, from pre-employment onboarding to offboarding, and respond to ongoing queries. 

Manage office resources, including maintaining adequate supplies of laptops and essential equipment. 

Serve as the point of contact for Health and Safety and office moves. 

Champion the Dublin site culture by organizing learning sessions, social events, transition year placements, and posting on internal and external social media channels. 

Collaborate with other Marsh regional hubs to share best practices and drive continuous improvements. 

Support Colleague Resource Groups as needed. 

What you need to have: 

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. 

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. 

Proficiency with executive assistance tools and software. 

High level of discretion and confidentiality. 

Business intelligence skills are preferred.
