Our client, a leading global investment manager located in Midtown Manhattan, is looking for a Long-Term-Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as possible for a period of at least 6 months and will operate on an in‑office schedule between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm. Compensation is $45-$50/hr.
Responsibilities:
Heavy Outlook calendar management; scheduling internal and external meetingsProactively following up to ensure executives' schedules stay on trackMaintaining all distribution and contact listsBooking extensive domestic and international travelServing as gatekeeper for executives (in person, phone, and email)Setting up Zoom meetings and conference callsAnswering incoming calls with high engagement and clear communicationManaging expenses via ConcurCoordinating and tracking delivery of time‑sensitive documents (FedEx, courier, etc.)Coordinating notarizations as neededBack-up support to senior EA and other adminsAssist with potential CRM/Salesforce tasksAd hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experienceOutstanding professionalism, judgment, integrity, and discretionExperience managing hectic and fluid calendars with last‑minute changesDomestic and international travel booking experienceStrong MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPointSalesforce experience or interest to learnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExtremely proactive, flexible, enthusiastic self-starterExceptional organization + high attention to detailAble to prioritize and remain calm under pressureThrives in fast-paced environments A1446366NY-Temp_1770649522 To Apply for this Job Click Here
