Our client, a leading alternative investment firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will serve from late February through at least the beginning of September to cover a maternity leave. This person will operate to start with 5 days in the office for training, then on a hybrid schedule between the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Compensation is $40 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Supporting professionals at executive and senior levelsCoordinating domestic and international travel planning as neededTracking, organizing, and coordinating expense reporting (knowledge of Concur is a plus)Managing calendars and scheduling; collaborating closely with other EAs to coordinate internal and external meetings with accuracy and attention to detailUpdating and providing timely follow‑up for department calendars and associated meeting needsHandling data entry and reporting through Microsoft Dynamics CRM as neededPreparing presentations and reporting materialsCompleting assigned ad‑hoc projectsProviding administrative backup support to the EA team, including support to Executive‑level offices as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate settingPrevious experience using a CRM program is a plusAbility to manage changing demands in a fast‑paced environment with strong multi‑tasking skillsFriendly, pleasant demeanor with a client‑service-oriented approachExcellent time‑management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlinesCapable of exercising a high degree of diplomacy and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive informationDemonstrates a "no task is too small" attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail‑oriented, meticulous, and highly accurateStrong organizational skillsProactive, take‑charge problem‑solver
