Our client, a leading global alternative asset management firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temp Executive Assistant to join their team to help cover a leave. This is a 2 month contract starting at the end of February through early May with flexibility to extend. This person will be in office at least 3 days per week with the rest work from home. Hours generally start at 8:30am through 7pm, with flexibility for earlier start times and availability through 8pm and some weekends. Compensation is up to $50/hr.

Responsibilities:

General administrative duties: heavy calendaring, travel management, expenses, confidential document preparationMeeting planning, prep, logistics, and oversightManage sensitive info with discretionDevelop understanding of team goals and align tasks accordinglyBalance multiple priorities with accuracy and urgencyAnticipate issues and address needs proactivelyBuild trust-based relationships across teamsServe as sole EA for the business unit, acting as the main administrative point of contact

Qualifications:
