Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a small, family-owned company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of high-temperature adhesives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and a desire to support executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and itineraries.Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Track action items and proactively follow up on them.Serve as a liaison with internal teams and selected vendors/clients.Perform Excel-based data analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in calendar management and administrative support.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with Pivot Tables, V Look Ups, data manipulation, and linking data across worksheets.5+ years of executive administrative support experience.Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to operate independently and present clear insights to leadership.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.Ability to interpret data confidently.

Work Environment

This role is based in a small family-owned company located in Brooklyn near Sunset Park. The office is situated on the 2nd floor of a warehouse/industrial space, alongside the administration team, including AP, accounting, customer service, finance, and sales departments. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
