Executive Assistant

Join the dynamic team at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an Executive Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our senior leadership and driving the success of our world-class financial services.

As an Executive Assistant within the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, you will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making for the executive, their team of managers, and other stakeholders. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the department's activities and goals.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support for different teams, dealing with travel, expenses, filing, correspondence, scheduling, and calendars.Maintain the smooth running of the office, from ordering stationary to coordinating with maintenance. Train other administrative staff and provide administrative direction for the team of assistants within this business unit.Look after internal and external visitors, give the very best service from the moment they arrive. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Extensive experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant roleKnowledge of general office proceduresExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointEffective interpersonal skillsExcellent telephone etiquetteAdaptable team playerExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyGood problem-solving ability and tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior managementFluency in English is required.

Preferable Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Additional languages are considered an asset.
