Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Flexible 8am–9am start) + 5 hrs OT/week

Our client's team is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a Vice President in a fast‑moving, high‑impact organization. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with a senior leader, where your work will directly contribute to one of the company’s most innovative and high‑visibility business areas.

What You’ll Do

As the trusted right hand to the VP, you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly. You will:

Own complex calendar management across time zones, making smart prioritization calls amid a high volume of meetings, requests, and shifting priorities.Serve as a proxy and gatekeeper - monitoring email, tracking priorities, and ensuring urgent matters receive the right level of attention.Manage domestic and international travel, event support, logistics, and expense reconciliation with precision and foresight.Drive operational excellence, including documentation, follow‑ups, meeting preparation, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.Coordinate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams inside and outside of the company, representing the VP with professionalism and discretion.Support team operations with confidence, organization, and a high level of confidentiality.

Your ability to anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and streamline workflows will be essential to the VP’s success, and the team’s.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
