Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support multiple Managing Directors within a fast‑paced consulting environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a one‑hour lunch, and the position begins as five days onsite for the first 90 days before shifting to a three‑day hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3-4 Managing Directors, including complex calendar and meeting coordinationManage domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itinerariesHandle expense reporting using Concur and maintain accurate tracking systemsAct as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing gatekeeping and prioritizationPrepare documents, meeting materials, and manage sensitive information with discretionSupport project coordination, follow‑ups, and ongoing workflow management for assigned executives

Qualifications:

2+ years of true Executive Assistant or administrative experience in a fast‑paced environmentBachelor's degree requiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting needs and manage shifting deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; polished, professional demeanorProactive mindset with strong examples of ownership, anticipatory support, and independent judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in consulting, legal, tech, or healthcare industries a plus

Compensation/Benefits:
