The Opportunity
This Executive Assistant role supports the President's Office and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, strategic operation of the CEO's day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and act as a bridge between the CEO, the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, correspondence, meetings, and travel coordination.Manage Board of Directors operations, including meeting logistics, preparation of materials, capturing minutes, and coordinating follow-up actions.Coordinate Executive Team meetings and retreats; assist with staff meetings and organizational events as needed.Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders on CEO-related matters.Create and maintain systems that ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.Provide strategic and operational support on ad hoc executive initiatives and special projects.Support operational needs related to events, travel, and the development or implementation of organizational policies.What You Bring
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, executive-level environment.High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Genuine interest in and alignment with the organization's mission.Ways to Stand Out
Prior experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and streamline processes.Commitment to advancing equity and fostering inclusive workplace practices.Bilingual skills and/or experience within nonprofit or human services environments.
