Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands are essential. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, as priorities can shift quickly. You will also bring a confident, professional personality, with the ability to network effectively and build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders. **What You’ll Do:** + Draft confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative and secretarial duties. + Create, maintain, and update various databases. Gather, evaluate, and present data for management information reporting purposes. + Serve as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients, and visitors as required. + Examine incoming letters and emails and distribute them, as necessary. + Handle requests and identify the appropriate course of action to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. + Plan, coordinate, and support meetings and conferences. Arrange domestic and international travel as needed. + Gather and analyse data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. + Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. **What You’ll Need:** + Experience managing more than one diary + Experience working across time zones + 5 years plus experience in a PA capacity + Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
