Our client is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Co-Chief Operating Officer of a global investment firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The hours are 7:45am - 4pm, and the role is onsite 5 days a week in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

Manage a constantly changing, high-volume calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple time zonesArrange domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes and complex itinerariesPrepare and process invoices, travel, and expense reportsAssist with personal tasks, including family travel arrangements, passport renewals, and organizational needsMaintain electronic and physical files and records; always ensuring confidentialityServe as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders; provide support during events and meetings

Job Requirements:

10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executivesStrong background in financial servicesExceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Compensation/Benefits:
