Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Technology team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30/6:00pm (with some accessibility needed after hours), and the role is onsite 5 days per week in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple locationsArrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itinerariesProcess expense reports and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering and conference room setupServe as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport ad hoc projects and assist with operational tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

7+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferredAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentialityFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities; proactive and resourceful

Compensation/Benefits:
