Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Human Capital team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and coordination in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm (with accessibility needed via email after hours), and the role is 3 days onsite in Manhattan, with 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief of Staff and Managing Director, including heavy calendar managementCoordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones and officesManage expense reports for senior leaders and assist with travel arrangements as neededSupport scheduling for high-volume team meetings and cross-functional initiativesCollaborate with other EAs and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of prioritiesAssist with special projects and provide operational support as required

Job Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience; minimum 3 years as an Executive AssistantStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling across global time zonesAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentialityFinancial services experience highly preferred, private equity experience a plus

Compensation/Benefits:
