Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Infrastructure Private Equity team in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and travel across multiple time zones. The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required), and the role is 4 days onsite in Manhattan with 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to a team of 8-9 executivesManage complex calendars and schedule meetings across global time zonesCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itinerariesProcess expense reports and reimbursements via ConcurPrepare meeting materials and assist with conference logisticsSupport recruiting events and assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred5-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity, investment banking, or similar fast-paced environmentsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with Concur a plusExcellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively; strong sense of urgencyProfessional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation/Benefits:
