**Executive Assistant** **Department:** Administrative **Employment Type:** Full Time **Location:** Houston, TX **Description** We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Chairman and ensure the smooth coordination of both business and personal activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and reliably manages multiple priorities with discretion. The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, communication flow, administrative projects, and personal-support responsibilities as needed.
