Job Type: Contract to Hire | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Strategy & Advancement at a mission-driven non-profit organization. This role is instrumental in managing executive-level operations including calendar coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, and event support. You’ll also contribute to impactful foundation initiatives and have the opportunity to interact with high-profile individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage complex calendars and scheduling requests with precision and discretion.
+ Coordinate team meetings, events, and foundation activities with strong project management skills.
+ Arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
+ Support and attend organization events, including galas, which may occur outside standard business hours.
+ Assist with expense reporting using Concur Expense system.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ Proven experience in executive calendar management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
+ Familiarity with Concur Expense system.
+ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for special events.
Work Environment:
+ Hybrid schedule: minimum three days in-office per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
