We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves managing calendars, handling purchase orders, and overseeing secure space operations to ensure smooth onsite activities and internal coordination. The position requires a strong proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars for approximately three executives, including a Vice President.Open and handle purchase orders and related administrative tasks.Support executives and adapt to new internal tools.Oversee a secure space, including responsibility for temporary badges and access logistics.Primarily support onsite operations at the Red West C location in Redmond.Essential Skills
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supporting calendaring, especially for multiple executives including those at the VP level.At least 5 years of experience with Employee Central, replacing Hedge.Minimum of 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Additional Skills & Qualifications
A degree is preferred but not mandatory.Experience or understanding of AI as it is increasingly used in the admin field.Prior experience with internal MSFT Software such as “Employee Central” and/or “Hedge” is a plus.Experience in a large, fast-paced technology-driven professional work environment is beneficial.Work Environment
The role is onsite, requiring presence 5 days a week in Redmond within a large and fast-paced professional environment. Standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and extra monitor will be provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
