This role involves assisting the CEO of the company, providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth management of both professional and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with C-Suite executives, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and travel plans. ResponsibilitiesManage all activity in Outlook, including maintaining contact databases and managing professional and personal calendars and schedules.Anticipate the CEO’s forward calendar needs and prepare advance briefing materials.Update and maintain the company’s Accountability Chart for all divisions.Compile reports and updates by pulling information from systems and soliciting input from functional personnel.Serve as liaison between the CEO and other employees.Complete special projects and assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, monitoring progress, and solving problems.Communicate with internal colleagues and external counterparties with grace, diplomacy, and poise.Maintain awareness of special projects and corporate strategic and operational priorities.Manage expense reporting and selected personal financial and administrative matters for the CEO with confidentiality.Assist with general office administration, including office management, inventory, cleaning, and room reservation management.Plan and execute all aspects of the company’s Annual Incentive Trip.Assist in answering inbound office calls.Lead strategic initiatives that support and enhance the company’s culture and long-term success.Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.Assist other Leadership Team members, as assigned.Resolve issues and troubleshoot a variety of operational and administrative situations.Organize and maintain physical file systems.

Work Environment
The position is in-office with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of extended hours to communicate with international partners. The dress code is business casual, with a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The culture is fun and loving, promoting a 'go-getter' attitude and encouraging an open-minded, eager-to-learn environment. The company is animal-friendly, allowing employees to bring pets to work. The role was opened because the previous employee relocated and could not continue remotely.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
