Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing their professional and personal schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be an exceptional listener, and have the confidence to share business-driving ideas. This role goes beyond typical administrative duties, contributing to the company's growth and success.

ResponsibilitiesManage all activities in Outlook, including maintaining contact databases and managing professional and personal calendars and schedules.Anticipate the CEO’s forward calendar needs and develop advance briefing materials.Update and maintain the company’s Accountability Chart for all divisions.Compile reports and updates by pulling information from systems and soliciting input from functional personnel.Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other employees.Complete special projects and assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, monitoring progress, and solving problems.Communicate with internal colleagues and external counterparties with grace, diplomacy, and poise.Maintain awareness of special projects and corporate priorities to assist the CEO.Handle confidential information and materials with solid judgment and discretion.Manage expense reporting and selected personal financial and administrative matters for the CEO.Assist with general office administration, including office management, setup/tear down of office spaces, inventory, cleaning, and room reservation management.Plan and execute all aspects of the company’s Annual Incentive Trip.Assist in answering inbound office calls.Lead strategic initiatives that support and enhance the company’s culture and long-term success.Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.Assist other Leadership Team members as assigned.Resolve issues and troubleshoot a variety of operational and administrative situations.Organize and maintain physical file systems.Perform other duties, as assigned.Essential SkillsExecutive Assistant experience with C-Suite levelProficiency in Outlook for calendar managementTravel management skillsExperience in expense reportingProactive attitude in the workplaceStrong communication, listening, and organizational skillsBachelor's degreeAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with expense reporting software (trainable)Great work tenurePreferred education from Denver University or Oregon StateWork Environment

The position is primarily in-office from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility required for early or late hours and weekends as needed. The dress code is business casual, with a preference for neat and professional attire. The company fosters a fun, loving culture with a 'go-getter' attitude. The role requires being on-call during the CEO’s travel or peak workload periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
