Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Executive Assistant to support our SVP of Global Operations during a medical leave coverage for his current assistant. This role is critical in ensuring continuity of executive support, with a strong emphasis on calendar management, travel coordination, and cross-functional communication.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for scheduling and prioritization.Manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate across multiple time zones, including Europe and Asia.Book and organize domestic and international travel; manage expense reports via Concur.Coordinate with other executive admins to align priorities and free up time.Prepare and send internal communications and announcements.Support logistics for face-to-face meetings and executive events.Maintain and update Outlook calendars; no email access required.Shadow and train with current assistant from August 11–15.Use tools such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Concur, and SharePoint.Essential Skills3–5+ years experience in executive-level administrative support.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, Teams, and PowerPoint.Highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and self-sufficient.Comfortable with a direct, fast-paced, and results-driven executive.Ability to flag priorities, anticipate needs, and keep the executive on track.Work Environment
Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 AM – 5 PM CST, some flexibility). The role offers hybrid flexibility but with altering weeks and no defined Monday-Friday hybrid schedule. The work environment includes employee appreciation events throughout the year, and the campus is located on Lake Hazeltine with walking trails between buildings. The location is convenient to central Chaska shops and restaurants, and it is a 25-minute drive from downtown Minneapolis.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
