Our client, a leading organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant III to join their team. As an Executive Assistant III, you will be part of the administrative department supporting upper executive level employees. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Executive Assistant III
**Location:** Alpharetta, GA
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees.
+ Maintain key records and compile data for reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Schedule executive appointments and meetings, managing complex calendars effectively.
+ Prepare and edit executive presentations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
+ Coordinate administrative work within the department, collaborating with other divisions and companies.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school education or equivalent; some college level education highly preferred.
+ A minimum of 9+ years of general administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
+ Advanced general administrative skills and knowledge at an upper executive level.
+ Experience in managing multiple projects and supporting various administrative requirements.
+ Specific advanced software skills as required by the division.
