RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf Setting up high-level conference calls and maintaining contact database. Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Handle basic analytical responsibilities including reading and summarizing a variety of business related documents, help review business opportunities, and ad hoc market research. Performing minor accounting duties Coordinate personal travel plans Organize executive files Strong typing skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Time management and ability to meet deadlines Pleasant demeanor Verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving Proactivity and self-direction Interpersonal skills Must be able to work in the office 5 days/week from 9am-5:30pm
