Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant 1 to join their team. As an Executive Assistant 1, you will be part of the Department supporting the Chair and leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organizational skills, the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects, and demonstrated professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Executive Assistant 1
**Location:** Stanford, CA
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage complex calendaring for the Chair, anticipating needs and triaging meeting requests.
+ Serve as a liaison between the Chair and various internal and external constituencies.
+ Plan logistics for department faculty meetings and other events.
+ Draft correspondence, including letters of recommendation and department communications.
+ Handle travel arrangements and process reimbursements efficiently.
**What's Needed?**
+ Demonstrated high-level administrative experience with advanced computer skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
+ Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
+ Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
