Amazon is seeking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join Amazon's Delivery Foundation Model team where we're revolutionizing the future of logistics globally through innovative tech and science solutions.
In this role, you'll provide essential support to senior leadership, transforming complex administrative challenges into seamless organizational excellence while playing a pivotal role in enabling our team's strategic initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life:
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and precision management. You'll navigate multiple priorities with grace, supporting one to two directors in our high impact Last Mile org. From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international/domestic travel logistics, you'll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
